Harbor Dozer Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms apply to Harbor Dozer on Android, iOS, the web and desktop, published by 네오 제네시스 (Neo Genesis) ("Neo Genesis", "we"). By playing, you agree to them. The terms of the store you downloaded the game from also apply to the download and to purchases.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to play Harbor Dozer. Please do not copy, sell or redistribute the game, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, modify it or its save data to obtain paid items you did not buy, or use it unlawfully.
3. In-game currency and items
CR, upgrades, machines and other in-game content have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Your progress is stored on your device (see the privacy policy); clearing the app's data or uninstalling deletes it. The No Ads and Founder packs can be restored through the store with Settings → Restore purchases; CR packs that were already delivered cannot be restored.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are sold and charged by Google Play or the Apple App Store at the price shown in the store, including any applicable taxes. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies: Google Play or Apple. Nothing in these terms limits a right to cancel, withdraw or get a refund that the law gives you. If a minor bought something without a parent or guardian's consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel the purchase as the law allows; contact the store and email us at harbordozer@neogenesis.app.
5. Ads
The Android and iOS versions show ads. Rewarded ads are always optional. The No Ads and Founder packs remove the full-screen ads between contracts; rewarded ads you choose to watch stay available.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or retire features and content to improve or maintain the game. If we ever end the game or remove paid content, we will announce it in the game or on this page at least 30 days in advance where practicable, and handle paid content as the law requires.
7. Ownership
Harbor Dozer, including its code, art, audio, text and name, belongs to Neo Genesis or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to it beyond the licence to play.
8. Liability
We work to keep Harbor Dozer running well, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court that has jurisdiction under Korea's Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
10. Changes to these terms and contact
We will publish changes on this page with a new effective date, at least 7 days before they apply (30 days if they reduce your rights). 하버 도저 이용약관
1. 약관의 적용
이 약관은 네오 제네시스 (Neo Genesis)(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 안드로이드·iOS·웹·PC용 하버 도저에 적용됩니다. 게임을 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 게임을 내려받은 스토어의 약관도 다운로드와 구매에 함께 적용됩니다.
2. 이용 허락
회사는 이용자에게 하버 도저를 개인적·비상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 권리를 부여합니다. 게임을 복제·판매·재배포하거나, 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 역설계하거나, 구매하지 않은 유료 아이템을 얻기 위해 게임이나 저장 데이터를 변조하거나, 불법적인 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 게임 재화와 아이템
CR, 강화, 장비 등 게임 내 콘텐츠는 현금 가치가 없으며 환전하거나 양도할 수 없습니다. 진행 상황은 이용자 기기에 저장되며(개인정보처리방침 참고), 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다. 광고 제거 팩과 창립자 팩은 설정 → 구매 복원으로 스토어에서 복원할 수 있지만, 이미 지급된 CR 팩은 복원되지 않습니다.
4. 결제와 환불
유료 상품은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 스토어에 표시된 가격(관련 세금 포함)으로 판매하고 결제합니다. 환불은 각 스토어 정책에 따라 스토어가 처리합니다: Google Play, Apple. 이 약관은 법령이 보장하는 청약철회·취소·환불 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 법령에 따라 결제를 취소할 수 있으며, 스토어에 요청하고 harbordozer@neogenesis.app로도 알려 주세요.
5. 광고
안드로이드와 iOS 버전에는 광고가 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 언제나 선택 사항입니다. 광고 제거 팩과 창립자 팩은 계약 사이의 전면 광고를 없애며, 이용자가 선택하는 보상형 광고는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
6. 서비스의 변경과 종료
회사는 게임 개선이나 유지를 위해 기능과 콘텐츠를 업데이트·변경·종료할 수 있습니다. 게임 서비스를 종료하거나 유료 콘텐츠를 없애는 경우 가능한 한 30일 전에 게임이나 이 페이지에서 알리고, 유료 콘텐츠는 관계 법령에 따라 처리합니다.
7. 권리의 귀속
하버 도저의 코드, 그래픽, 오디오, 텍스트, 명칭 등에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 이 약관은 게임 이용 권리 외의 권리를 부여하지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
회사는 하버 도저가 원활하게 작동하도록 노력하지만, 항상 이용 가능하거나 오류가 없다고 보증하지는 않습니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접적·결과적 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 소비자로서 배제할 수 없는 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.
9. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 다른 나라의 소비자인 이용자는 거주 국가의 강행 법규에 따른 보호를 받습니다.
10. 약관의 변경과 문의
