• Email enquiries: deleted within 30 days after the enquiry is resolved, unless the message becomes part of a transaction or dispute record that applicable law requires us to keep.
• Browser consent preference: stored in your browser until you clear site data or change the preference.

When a retention period ends, electronic records are deleted from active systems and scheduled for deletion from processor backups under the processor's deletion cycle. We do not create paper copies of website analytics or email enquiries.
