Harbor Dozer Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Harbor Dozer is published by 네오 제네시스 (Neo Genesis) ("Neo Genesis", "we", "us"), 서울특별시 구로구 남부순환로107길 30, 302호 (가리봉동, 삼성맨션), Republic of Korea (business registration number 630-17-02826, representative 허예솔 (Heo Yesol)). For anything about this policy or your data, email harbordozer@neogenesis.app.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Harbor Dozer apps for Android and iOS, the web version at neogenesis.app/play/harbor-dozer, desktop builds when we offer them, and Harbor Dozer support by email. The Harbor Dozer pages on neogenesis.app, including this one, are part of the Neo Genesis website; the website's own analytics and cookies are described in the Neo Genesis Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information. The game does not ask for your name or email address and has no accounts, chat or player-made content.
4. Data kept on your device
Harbor Dozer saves your progress on your device: contracts, currency (CR), machines, upgrades, restored facilities, settings, a backup copy of your save, a local journal of your most recent gameplay events (at most 300), daily ad limits and, on Android and iOS, a record of which purchases were delivered (the store's transaction ID and product) so that an item is never granted twice. This data is not sent to us. There is no cloud save: clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game deletes your progress, although your device's own backup may restore it depending on your settings. On the web, the same data is kept in your browser's storage for neogenesis.app.
5. Gameplay statistics (optional)
Release builds can send anonymous gameplay statistics to Neo Genesis so that we can see where players get stuck and balance the game. Each event contains:
- a random install ID created on your device. It is not your name, email address, advertising ID or store account, and the game does not show it;
- the app version and the platform (Android, iOS, web or desktop);
- gameplay events such as sessions started, contracts started and completed, upgrades, sales, tutorial steps and session counts;
- ad and purchase events (for example, that a rewarded ad was watched or which pack was bought), without any payment details.
On Android and iOS, statistics are sent only when the app may request ads under Google's consent message (shown where your region requires it), and you can turn them off at any time in Settings ("Share gameplay statistics"). On the web and desktop versions they stay off unless you turn them on in Settings. Turning statistics off stops sending and deletes the queued events and the install ID on your device.
Statistics travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our analytics service, which runs on Supabase in the AWS us-east-1 region (United States), and are deleted automatically 14 months after we receive them. We use them only in aggregate to improve Harbor Dozer, never for advertising, and we do not combine them with other data about you. Because the install ID is not linked to you and is not shown in the game, we cannot identify, access or delete one player's statistics on request; turning the setting off stops any further collection.
6. Advertising (Android and iOS only)
The Android and iOS versions show ads through Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for an in-game bonus, and occasional full-screen ads between contracts, which the No Ads and Founder packs remove. The web and desktop versions show no ads.
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent message asks for your choice before ads are requested, and you can change it later in Settings → Ad privacy options. On iOS the app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency); the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow it.
When ads are shown, Google may collect your device's advertising ID (the IDFA only with your permission), device and network information (such as model, operating system, language and connection type), your IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), ad interactions (views and taps) and diagnostic data. Google uses this data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and limit ad personalisation in your device settings. Our ad requests are not marked as child-directed and are limited to ad content rated for teens and older.
7. In-app purchases (Android and iOS only)
Optional purchases (No Ads, the Founder pack and CR packs) are sold and charged by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment card or bank details.
When you buy something, the app sends the store's signed purchase data to our receipt validator at neogenesis.app over HTTPS so that items are delivered only for genuine purchases. For Google Play this is the purchase record signed by Google (order ID, product, purchase time, purchase token and state); for Apple it is the signed StoreKit transaction (transaction IDs, product, purchase and signing dates, environment and, where Apple includes them, storefront, price and currency). The validator checks the store's signature, answers the app and keeps no copy. Our hosting provider keeps technical request logs (IP address, time, requested address and result) for no more than 30 days. Google and Apple process your payment, purchase history and account information under their own privacy policies.
8. Game settings download
When it starts, the game may download a small settings file from neogenesis.app that tunes ad frequency and similar options. Like any web request, this reveals your IP address and device or browser type to our hosting provider, which keeps request logs for no more than 30 days. The file contains no information about you.
9. Support by email
If you email harbordozer@neogenesis.app, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments. We use them only to answer you and delete them within 30 days after your request is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, for a purchase dispute). Please never send payment card details.
10. Service providers and international transfers
These providers help us run Harbor Dozer. They are located outside Korea, so your data is processed in the United States. Data is transferred over encrypted connections when you use the game or contact us.

Google Play and the Apple App Store act on their own behalf when they distribute the game and sell in-app purchases.
11. Security
- Everything the game sends us travels over HTTPS.
- We collect as little as possible: no names, no accounts and a random install ID instead of a device or advertising identifier.
- The receipt validator keeps no purchase data.
- Access to our analytics service and support mailbox is limited to the people who run Harbor Dozer.
12. Children
Harbor Dozer is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Your rights and choices
- Turn gameplay statistics off in Settings ("Share gameplay statistics").
- Change your ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy options, and limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Delete the data on your device by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it (on the web, by clearing site data for neogenesis.app).
- Depending on where you live (for example under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act or the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict its processing or to withdraw consent, and you can complain to a data protection authority. Email harbordozer@neogenesis.app; we reply within 10 days. For data held by Google or Apple, contact them directly.
- Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for gameplay statistics and personalised ads, on the contract with you to deliver purchases, and on our legitimate interests for security logs and answering support requests.
14. Changes to this policy
We will publish any change on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes we will also tell players in the game or on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days if the change reduces your rights).

회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 게임은 이름이나 이메일을 묻지 않으며 계정, 채팅, 이용자 게시물 기능이 없습니다.
4. 기기에 저장되는 정보
하버 도저는 진행 상황을 이용자 기기에 저장합니다. 계약, 게임 재화(CR), 장비, 강화, 복구한 시설, 설정, 저장 파일 백업본, 최근 게임 이벤트 기록(최대 300개), 일일 광고 한도, 그리고 안드로이드·iOS에서는 같은 아이템이 두 번 지급되지 않도록 지급한 구매 기록(스토어 거래 ID와 상품)이 포함됩니다. 이 정보는 회사로 전송되지 않습니다. 클라우드 저장 기능이 없으므로 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 진행 상황도 삭제됩니다. 다만 기기 설정에 따라 기기 자체 백업으로 복원될 수 있습니다. 웹 버전에서는 같은 정보가 neogenesis.app의 브라우저 저장소에 보관됩니다.
5. 게임 통계(선택)
정식 출시 빌드는 이용자가 어려워하는 구간을 파악하고 밸런스를 조정하기 위해 익명 게임 통계를 회사로 보낼 수 있습니다. 각 이벤트에는 다음이 포함됩니다.
- 기기에서 무작위로 만든 설치 ID. 이름, 이메일, 광고 ID, 스토어 계정이 아니며 게임 화면에 표시되지 않습니다.
- 앱 버전과 플랫폼(안드로이드, iOS, 웹, PC)
- 세션 시작, 계약 시작·완료, 강화, 판매, 튜토리얼 단계, 세션 횟수 같은 게임 진행 이벤트
- 광고·구매 이벤트(예: 보상형 광고 시청 여부, 구매한 팩). 결제 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
안드로이드와 iOS에서는 Google 동의 메시지(지역 법령상 필요한 경우 표시)에 따라 앱이 광고를 요청할 수 있을 때에만 통계를 보내며, 언제든 설정의 "게임 통계 공유"에서 끌 수 있습니다. 웹과 PC 버전에서는 설정에서 직접 켜기 전까지 꺼져 있습니다. 통계를 끄면 전송이 멈추고 기기에 대기 중인 이벤트와 설치 ID가 삭제됩니다.
통계는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 회사 분석 서비스에 전송됩니다. 이 서비스는 미국 AWS us-east-1 리전의 Supabase에서 운영되며, 통계는 수신 후 14개월이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 회사는 통계를 하버 도저 개선을 위한 집계 목적으로만 쓰고 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 이용자에 관한 다른 정보와 결합하지 않습니다. 설치 ID는 이용자와 연결되지 않고 게임에 표시되지 않으므로 특정 이용자의 통계를 찾아 열람하거나 삭제해 드릴 수 없습니다. 설정에서 통계를 끄면 이후 수집이 중단됩니다.
6. 광고(안드로이드·iOS)
안드로이드와 iOS 버전은 Google AdMob 광고를 보여 줍니다. 이용자가 직접 선택해 게임 보너스를 받는 보상형 광고와, 계약 사이에 가끔 나오는 전면 광고가 있으며 전면 광고는 광고 제거 팩과 창립자 팩으로 없앨 수 있습니다. 웹과 PC 버전에는 광고가 없습니다.
법령상 필요한 지역(예: 유럽경제지역, 영국, 스위스)에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 Google 동의 메시지로 선택을 받으며, 나중에 설정 → 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하며, 이용자가 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용합니다.
광고가 표시되면 Google이 기기의 광고 ID(IDFA는 허용한 경우에만), 기기·네트워크 정보(기종, 운영체제, 언어, 연결 방식 등), IP 주소(대략적인 위치를 추정할 수 있음), 광고 노출·클릭, 진단 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. Google의 이용 방식은 Google 서비스를 사용하는 사이트 또는 앱의 정보 이용 방식에 안내되어 있습니다. 광고 ID 재설정·삭제와 맞춤 광고 제한은 기기 설정에서 할 수 있습니다. 회사의 광고 요청은 아동 대상으로 표시되지 않으며 청소년 이상 등급의 광고로 제한됩니다.
7. 인앱 결제(안드로이드·iOS)
선택 구매 상품(광고 제거, 창립자 팩, CR 팩)은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 판매하고 결제합니다. 회사는 카드나 계좌 정보를 받지 않습니다.
구매하면 진짜 구매에만 아이템을 지급하기 위해 앱이 스토어가 서명한 결제 정보를 HTTPS로 neogenesis.app의 영수증 검증 서버에 보냅니다. Google Play는 Google이 서명한 구매 기록(주문 ID, 상품, 구매 시각, 구매 토큰, 상태), Apple은 서명된 StoreKit 거래 정보(거래 ID, 상품, 구매·서명 일시, 환경, Apple이 포함하는 경우 스토어 국가·가격·통화)입니다. 검증 서버는 스토어 서명을 확인해 앱에 답하고 사본을 저장하지 않습니다. 호스팅 업체는 기술적 접속 기록(IP 주소, 시각, 요청 주소, 결과)을 최대 30일 보관합니다. 결제, 구매 내역, 계정 정보는 Google과 Apple이 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.
8. 게임 설정 파일
게임은 시작할 때 광고 빈도 등을 조정하는 작은 설정 파일을 neogenesis.app에서 내려받을 수 있습니다. 일반적인 웹 요청과 마찬가지로 IP 주소와 기기·브라우저 종류가 호스팅 업체에 전달되며, 접속 기록은 최대 30일 보관됩니다. 이 파일에는 이용자 정보가 없습니다.
9. 이메일 고객지원
harbordozer@neogenesis.app로 문의하면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 첨부 파일을 받습니다. 답변 목적으로만 이용하고 문의 처리가 끝난 뒤 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 다만 결제 분쟁처럼 법령상 더 오래 보관해야 하는 경우는 예외입니다. 카드 정보는 절대 보내지 마세요.
10. 처리위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 하버 도저 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 이 업체들은 국외에 있어 개인정보가 미국에서 처리됩니다. 게임을 이용하거나 회사에 연락할 때 암호화된 네트워크로 전송되며, 보유 기간은 3번 표와 같습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 게임 통계를 끄고(설정), 광고 동의를 거부하거나 추적을 제한하고, 이메일 대신 스토어 리뷰 답변 등을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 게임은 그대로 이용할 수 있지만 광고 보상이나 이메일 답변을 받지 못할 수 있습니다. Google Play와 Apple App Store는 게임 배포와 인앱 결제를 자신의 책임으로 처리합니다.
11. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 달성한 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 회사는 종이 문서로 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 다른 정보와 분리해 해당 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
12. 안전성 확보 조치
- 게임이 회사로 보내는 모든 정보는 HTTPS로 암호화해 전송합니다.
- 이름·계정을 받지 않고 기기·광고 식별자 대신 무작위 설치 ID를 쓰는 등 최소한만 수집합니다.
- 영수증 검증 서버는 결제 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
- 분석 서비스와 고객지원 메일함에는 하버 도저 운영 담당자만 접근할 수 있습니다.
13. 아동의 개인정보
하버 도저는 만 13세 이상 이용자를 위한 게임이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 회사에 개인정보를 보냈다고 생각되면 연락해 주세요. 확인 후 삭제합니다.
14. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 게임 통계는 설정의 "게임 통계 공유"에서 끌 수 있습니다.
- 광고 동의는 설정 → 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 바꿀 수 있고, 광고 추적 제한과 광고 ID 재설정은 기기 설정에서 할 수 있습니다.
- 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 저장공간을 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 삭제됩니다(웹은 neogenesis.app 사이트 데이터 삭제).
- 이용자는 개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. harbordozer@neogenesis.app로 요청하시면 10일 이내에 답변합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 사람을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다. Google·Apple이 보유한 정보는 해당 회사에 직접 요청해 주세요.
15. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치
게임 앱은 쿠키를 쓰지 않고 진행 저장을 위해 기기 저장소만 사용합니다. 광고가 있는 안드로이드·iOS 버전에서는 Google AdMob이 광고 ID 등을 이용하며, 거부 방법은 6번과 14번 항목과 같습니다. neogenesis.app 웹사이트의 쿠키는 네오 제네시스 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
