What This Hub Will Publish
quant-bot v11 is Neo Genesis’s autonomous algorithmic trading system. It currently runs in PAPER mode (no real capital exposure) on a dedicated GCP VM in Tokyo, executing the v11 ensemble design across six alphas: A1 Liquidation Cascade, A2 Mean Reversion (OU), A3 Extreme Funding, A4 Macro Event, A5 Funding/Basis Harvest, A6 Alt Market Making.
After Phase 0 gate completion (target Q2 2026), this hub will publish:
- Live PAPER-mode position lifecycle (MAE/MFE per trade, anonymized)
- 9-Layer Kill Switch state and trigger event log
- A1 Liquidation Cascade signal events (Binance Futures dual-stream subscription)
- Daily Strategy Lead briefings (autonomous Claude Opus 4.7)
- Weekly progress reviews
- 9-Layer Kill Switch unit-test pass rate
Phase 0 Gates (8 total)
- ✅ Gate 4: 9-Layer Kill Switch unit tests passing
- ✅ Gate 6: PAPER mode no regression after launch
- ⏳ Gate 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8: pending
Public publication is gated on PAPER mode 14-day Sharpe ≥ 1.2 with DSR ≥ 0.5 on at least one alpha — the same threshold that triggers Phase 1 capital deployment recommendation.
Why Publish Live Trading Data
Algorithmic trading research is dominated by simulated backtests, often suffering from survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, and unrealistic fill assumptions. Live PAPER-mode telemetry from a real exchange feed (Binance Futures) with real latency, real liquidation streams, and real funding rates produces a citation-grade dataset that backtest libraries cannot replicate. The 9-Layer Kill Switch in particular has no public reference benchmark.
